Provide direction and guidance for the following technical activities:

• assist the Board of Directors in identifying additional panels and needs
• provide advice on the selection of panel chairpersons
• review Panel Charters
• review Action Items
• review New Technology/System Evaluation items
• assist the Board of Directors and Chairman in maintaining focus on the ARSAG International charter
• assist Panel Chairs in the identification and distribution of ARSAG International advisories

Provide guidance and advice to the ARSAG International Board of Directors and Program Chairman in the following administrative matters:

• host selection
• guest speaker selection
• meeting location selection, dates and frequency
• theme guidance
• general assembly presentations
• award nominees and departing members identification
